Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks (or 2 whole eggs)
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of floor
- 1 can of kernel corn
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter

Cooking Directions:
- Beat eggs well, add milk then the sifted dry ingredients and the melted butter. Add the well drained corn. Fry in butter until brown. Serve with syrup or jelly.
